Paella is a traditional Spanish dish that originated in the region of Valencia. It is a flavorful rice dish typically cooked in a wide, shallow pan called a "paellera." Paella is known for its vibrant colors and delicious combination of ingredients, such as rice, saffron, vegetables, meat, and seafood. Here's a basic recipe to help you make a traditional seafood paella:

Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

2-1 onion, finely chopped

3-3 cloves garlic, minced

4-1 red bell pepper, diced

5-1 green bell pepper, diced

6-1 tomato, diced

7-1 cup Arborio or Valencia rice

8-1 teaspoon sweet paprika

9-A pinch of saffron threads

10-4 cups seafood or vegetable broth

11-1 cup frozen peas

12-1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari, etc.), cleaned and prepared

13-Salt and pepper to taste

14-Lemon wedges for serving

15-Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

*Heat the olive oil in a paellera or large skillet over medium heat.

*Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

*Stir in the minced garlic and diced bell peppers, and cook for another 2 minutes.

*Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the tomato softens.

*Sprinkle the paprika and saffron threads over the vegetables, and stir well to combine.

*Add the rice to the pan, spreading it out evenly, and toast it for a couple of minutes,     stirring  occasionally.

*Pour in the broth and give it a gentle stir. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the   heat to low.

*Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

*Arrange the seafood and peas on top of the rice, pushing them down slightly into the   mixture.

*Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the seafood is   cooked through.

*Season with salt and pepper to taste.

*Remove from heat and let the paella rest for a few minutes before serving.

*Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy your homemade seafood paella! Remember, paella is a versatile dish, so feel free to  customize it by adding other ingredients like chicken, chorizo, or vegetables according to  your taste preferences.
